Return & Exchange Policy
Your complete satisfaction with our products is very important to us.
Please open and inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Contact us to report any damage as soon as possible.
If you would like to return or exchange an item for any reason, please contact Krafty Kats within 14 days of the receipt of your purchase at:

After receiving an acknowledgment of your return from Krafty Kats, please ship your order via UPS or insured mail to the address that we provide you in our reply.
Once we receive your merchandise for exchange, you will be sent the replacement item. You will not be charged for shipping for your exchange.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges unless we have been contacted either by phone or email before you ship the item to us.
- Returns or exchanges must be returned in their original condition and packed in their original packaging along with a copy of your invoice. Keep all packaging materials to ensure your return or exchange is not damaged during the return shipping process.
- Shipping costs will not be refunded on return orders. However, we will refund the product cost in full. Exchanges will not incur a shipping cost.
- All returns or exchanges must be insured via the USPS or UPS. If the returned or exchanged item incurs damage, Krafty Kats Curiosity Shop will not accept the return/exchange and we will not process your refund/exchange.
- Krafty Kats Curiosity Shop is not responsible if your return or exchange is uninsured and is lost during shipment.
- If a UPS package is returned due to refused delivery, UPS will charge Krafty Kats Curiosity Shop a fee (usually $10) to return the package. We will process the package as a returned order but the UPS fee will be deducted from the return.
